Valuation | Highest Best Use | Advisory Brokerage | Leasing | Sale | Purchase | Development

We work with a large network of licensed real estate professionals who can help your congregation or organization to sell, lease or purchase a church property, congruent with your charity’s vision and values. Through this network of partner and supervising brokers and agents, we can help congregations and investors to navigate the complex world of the sale, lease or purchase of a church property.

Through partnership and management of independent property valuations, our highest best use analysis team helps you align both your fiduciary duty (maximum financial return) and charitable objectives (maximum social and environmental impact) in the earliest stages of a potential property sale or purchase. Often as part of our Investment Readiness Program or before, during or after other stakeholder activities, we can help you to manage the complexities of congregational and neighbourhood hopes, along with the practicalities of specific property opportunities - and their associated pitfalls.

In our unique charity + license model, we ensure that congregations receive the best quality, independent representation, assisted by our collegial team of national associates.

SEE THE DIFFERENCE

There is no shortage of skilled and dedicated real estate professionals, but only a select few have the experience and perspective to be selected for our property advisory  programme. By engaging your agent through us, your congregation can help connect its financial and missional objectives
